Each year, there is a four-week renewal period that typically occurs in March and April. Compute Canada asks that all users renew their accounts on an annual basis so that we may:

1) deactivate accounts that are no longer needed; and,

2) collect information that our funding agencies require that we report to them.

The information we collect about researchers and their results is important for Compute Canada’s reports to the Canada Foundation for Innovation and impacts the results of our operational funding requests.

If you have an active account, we will send you an email during the account renewal period directing you to our account renewal form.
