User News: Account Renewals Open for 2020

We understand that users may be experiencing disruptions to their work because of the COVID-19 situation and the associated challenges that we are all facing. We’re continuing our operations despite the disruption and are here to support the Canadian research community. An important part of this work is our annual renewal of accounts.

Compute Canada’s annual Account Renewal season will run from April 21 to May 27, 2020. If you have an active account, you should receive an email notification directing you to https://ccdb.computecanada.ca/account_renewal

If you created your account after January 1, 2020, you DO NOT have to renew it at this time. Only accounts created before that date must be renewed.

If you no longer need your Compute Canada account, then no action is required from you and you can simply let your account expire.

The annual renewal of all user accounts is essential in order to collect the information required by our granting agencies and to deactivate accounts that are no longer in use. Thank you for taking the time to renew your account.

For more information on 2020 Account Renewals, visit the Account Renewals FAQ page or contact renewals@computecanada.ca.
